If you need to make changes to your order reach out as quickly as possible. We ship very quickly and are unable to make changes once the package has left our warehouse.

For facials, clients should avoid using active ingredients for three days before their appointment, unless specifically told otherwise. However, if you are using Face Reality products, you can continue as normal because those are gentle enough and don’t need to be paused.

We pride ourselves on our quick fulfillment. Most orders are shipped out within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST are generally shipped the same day. Shipping times may vary and ground shipping takes 2-10 days depending on your location.

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance from the start time of their appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
